It seems self-evident that the Constitution would apply in all U.S. states and territories, but according to the High Court of American Samoa, the Second Amendment is utterly meaningless in the territory. Not every person is inherently violent. There are things that I don’t think you should do, even if I’ll defend your right to do them. I don’t see this as a contradiction, either.
