Shawn Ryan’s latest episode serves up something you don’t see every day: Tucker Carlson laughing his tail off, slinging lead, and talking straight-up gun culture with zero filter.
Ryan drags him out to the range for a raw, unscripted blast-fest featuring everything from cowboy-era revolvers to modern battle rifle, and Tucker dives in like a kid on Christmas morning.

Tucker surprises everyone by ringing steel at distance and even admits he’s never loved the sound of 5.56—“It’s loud in a not-fun way. It’s like, ‘I’m a .223. Boom.’ Settle down.”
The vibe throughout? Loose, honest, unguarded. Tucker jokes about spectators messing up his shots, tells stories about neighbors panicking over drones and gunfire, and even confesses his soft spot for Kubota equipment, down to naming one of his kids after it.
But the heart of the episode is simple. Two guys shooting guns and talking about why freedom matters. Tucker ends up revealing more about himself with every mag dumped and every missed shot.
