Without countless volunteers, not-for-profits, journalists, instructors, and others who wear many hats, the preservation of the Second Amendment would be almost nil. Thankfully there are many people, organizations, and companies who put their time and money where their mouths are, in order to see that this civil liberty will continue to be exercised through the generations. Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation is one of those organizations doing yeomen’s work and if they had no support, they’d not be able to do the fine work that they do. The Foundation recently announced that Aero Precision has committed to sponsoring them through 2024.

Who is the Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation?

The Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, based in Oregon. Since our founding, back in 2016, we have reached over 29,000 kids in 5 states and taught them lifesaving skills on what to do if they ever come across an unsecured firearm. The goal is to empower our youth to make good, safe decisions if they are ever put in a dangerous situation because they have been taught important safety principles. The educational programs that the Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation offers have been proven effective in preventing accidents inside the homes of children who have been trained. We take great pride in representing the great people and products of Aero Precision.

The hard work and dedication that Kids S.A.F.E. puts into promoting the shooting sports in a safe manner to America’s youth is paramount. Thankfully they have partners that step up to help advance their message by supporting them financially.

The Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation is not just an Oregon-based organization. They’ve traveled extensively for several opportunities to spread their message and introduce youth to firearm safety and handling. They’ve gone as far as Hawaii to spread their message and earlier this year brought their operation to San Diego, California.

We’ve covered the advocacy that Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation has engaged in over the years. Most memorable was getting to cover when the Foundation taught a youth who’s blind how to handle firearms and safely participate in target shooting. We also celebrated when the group turned five and we’re looking forward to when they arrive at their tenth anniversary.

We’re thankful for the dedication from Kids S.A.F.E. and Aero Precision. Seeing good organizations and companies come together is heartwarming. The Second Amendment community is one of giving and support, and these kinds of relationships just prove that.
