The Ebola virus is still making its way through the Democratic Republic of Congo. SO far, there have been 952 confirmed cases and 247 deaths. There doesn’t seem to be an end in sight either. Cases have increased by 38 percent over the past week, spreading across 32 health zones in eastern Congo. Horace Carratelli, a 1st Armored Division veteran who served as a first sergeant in North Africa and Italy during World War II, died March 23 at 107 years old.
