This is a play with that meme, as The Netherlands Marine Corps (Dutch: Korps Mariniers) we see them getting combat and shooting instructors training in Curaçao.

During no less than five weeks this Dutch elite unit has been given training consisting of tactical lessons and live fire scenarios up to and including Troop level, including their supporting weapons.
At the same time, combat and shooting instructors’ training was given. In this course, students are taught to set out shooting ranges, in so-called field fire areas.
