On the second anniversary of the Robb Elementary tragedy, Daniel Defense released a statement commemorating the victims and families affected by the heinous act.
Marty Daniel, Founder and Chairman of Daniel Defense, reiterated the company’s mission to “Honor God and Defend Freedom.”
As we all know, Daniel Defense designs, manufactures, and sells high-quality firearms. The company believes these firearms enable good people to put food on their tables and defend themselves and their families from harm.
The company emphasized its commitment to lawfully producing these products to support and protect everyday Americans.
Daniel underscored the importance of the Second Amendment, stating it secures all other rights. He asserted that the right to keep and bear arms includes the right of manufacturers to produce and sell firearms.
Congress affirmed this belief in 2005 with the passage of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA).
The statement addressed a recent lawsuit attempting to hold Daniel Defense liable for the actions of an individual involved in the Robb Elementary incident.
Daniel described the lawsuit, like previous ones, as an effort to undermine PLCAA and push firearms manufacturers out of business.
He declared that Daniel Defense will vigorously defend against what he called a baseless action.
“Daniel Defense is committed to vigorously defending against this baseless action because it is not only an affront to our company and values but also our law-abiding customers, employees, and everyday Americans protected by our products,” he stated.
Daniel Defense remains resolute in its mission, advocating for the right to manufacture and sell firearms while honoring the memory of those affected by the Robb Elementary tragedy.
Stay tuned for updates, as this case is going to be closely watched. And, it could have significant implications for the firearms industry and 2A rights in America.
