Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov has ordered the military to present plans on how to “react to provocations” concerning the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s (NATO) increasing involvement in the Ukraine conflict, the ministry said on Friday. The West continues to cross Russia’s “red lines” as Russia continues to respond with strong words and not action.

Washington and NATO as a whole are getting increasingly involved in the Ukraine conflict, the Russian military has said plainly stating their involvement in the war. On Friday, a brief statement from Russia acknowledged that the West is overly involved.

An “increased number of US strategic drone missions flown over the Black Sea,” is of concern. The aircraft “conduct reconnaissance and provide targeting data for weapons, which Western nations supply to conduct strikes on Russian objects.”

“Such flights increase the probability that incidents may happen in airspace involving Russian military aircraft and the risk of a direct confrontation of the alliance with the Russian Federation,” the message warned.

So far, Russia has failed to retaliate against the West for its actions during this conflict, including for an attack on a beach in Sevastopol last week that killed four people and wounded over 150 others.

Ukraine And NATO Urge U.S. To Cross Another One Of Russia’s “Red Lines”

Washington has distanced itself from the attack, claiming that Ukraine unilaterally decides what to do with Western-supplied arms. Mikhail Podoliak, a senior aide to Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky, called the victims civilian occupiers” who purportedly were in an active war zone.

Moscow continues to blame the U.S. and other Western backers of Ukraine alleging that American military specialists are directly involved in programming missiles before they are fired.
