The company announced that it will consolidate 100% of its manufacturing operations in the state, officially moving all production from Bayonne, New Jersey, to its expanded headquarters in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and two facilities in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. A third Ladysmith facility is set to come online by mid-summer 2025.
The move is all about boosting production capacity and fueling future growth as Henry continues to push firearm innovation. Founder and CEO Anthony Imperato says the shift will improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and strengthen the company’s reputation for quality.
“We are putting all of our eggs in one basket, the Wisconsin basket, because it makes us more efficient, more productive, and allows for more collaboration amongst our design and engineering teams,” said Imperato.
Henry Repeating Arms has long been a leader in the lever-action rifle market, and this transition positions the company for even faster product development and distribution.
With four Wisconsin facilities totaling around 400,000 square feet, the company plans to streamline operations while keeping its focus on craftsmanship and performance.
