There may be no place like home for the holidays, but if you served in the U.S. military, chances are you’ve probably spent at least one December away from family and friends. Perhaps you were on deployment, at a specialty school or just couldn’t get the time off. Maybe you were stranded on base or at an airport during a weather event, or you simply stayed put.

No matter the reason, we’re guessing you have at least one treasured memory of the holiday season in uniform.
